I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Mongolia. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the most comfortable beds I've experienced. The bathrooms were well-equipped with large baths, separate showers, and impressive Japanese toilets. The air conditioning in the room was quiet and effective. The breakfast buffet was the best I had, with a great choice of freshly cooked eggs, fresh fruit, and a variety of drinks including fresh juice and power shots.

For us, it was ideal.

The front desk manager even gave me a ride to my evening restaurant when there were no taxis available. The level of service and care at this hotel exceeded that of other major 5-star hotels. I will definitely prefer Kempinski hotels in the future, as the hospitality they offer is exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel along the trans Mongolian route.
