The fact that breakfast is included in the not unreasonable rate is a definite bonus.

I recently stayed at Hampton in Liverpool for a short sightseeing trip. The hotel staff, especially Jess on reception, were exceptional and went above and beyond. They even managed to change rooms for us. The location was brilliant, perfect for exploring the area and the city center. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious waffles.
