The hotel had great facilities and amenities for families with children. We enjoyed the pool and the leisurely drinks by the poolside.

The staff made us feel very well and were always ready to assist us.

The hotel had a stunning, beautiful lobby and the overall property was impressive. the pool area was gorgeous and provided a great spot to relax and unwind. Additionally, the extensive buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide range of options to suit different tastes.

The rooms were disappointing and in need of an update, especially the bathrooms. the lack of proper maintenance was noticeable, with the old and smelly air conditioning system leaving the rooms uncomfortably cold.

Spent the New Year break here and it was lovely! Enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed room with separate seating area and clean bathroom. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, especially the dessert selection and fresh fruits. the location was perfect and allowed us to explore the nearby movie studios and film locations.

The service at the front desk was not very welcoming and the bar service by the pool was slow. a wonderful stay despite a few minor hiccups.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ouarzazate for a few days with my family. The Berbere Palace, located in the city center, provided us with a fantastic experience. The food, swimming pool, and rooms were all top-notch. The staff was not only competent but also friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. One unique aspect of our stay was the beautiful kitten that roamed around the hotel, bringing immense joy to my daughters. Additionally, the public areas were nicely decorated, and we were pleased to find free parking directly in front of the hotel. our stay at the Berbere Palace was delightful and memorable.
