Amazing Service and Beautiful Facilities

During our stay at Medina Loft, my mother fell ill and had to be hospitalized. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to support me during this difficult time, offering assistance and helping with hospital arrangements. The elegance and charm of the accommodation exceeded our expectations, with top-notch facilities that even surpass some renowned 5-star hotels in London. Although we couldn't return for Christmas due to my mother's health, I am grateful for the incredible service provided by Medina Loft. I highly recommend this hotel.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The modern decor and comfortable seating in the lobby were impressive. The attentive service and luxurious amenities were outstanding. We enjoyed the spa and wellness center immensely, especially the relaxing massage. We also appreciated the variety of dining options and the delicious food. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with exclusive facilities.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the shower temperature was difficult to adjust. However, this minor inconvenience did not diminish the overall exceptional experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a busy area but in a quiet residential area. It's close to most major sights within an hour and there are plenty of local food places nearby. The room was spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and a nice view from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options and the spa services were top-notch.

The pool wasn't very large, more suitable for children and not ideal for swimming.

Clean rooms, modern decor, friendly staff, outstanding rooftop breakfast, excellent table service, wide variety of breakfast items.

Nothing to fault.

The apartment we stayed at was spacious, stylish and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and spoke multiple languages. The best part was the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and can be delivered right to your room. The proximity to the main attractions made it easy for us to explore the city.

The swimming pool was out of service, and there was no seating around the area. This meant we had to pay additional fees to use another hotels' pool and sunbathing facilities.
