I had a fantastic stay at a budget-friendly hotel in Marrakech. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service. We had a great time! The staff was friendly and helpful, offering complementary snacks and drinks upon arrival and departure. The hotel is located near a very good supermarket and a taxi ride to the city center is very affordable. We also enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere!

The shower leaked significantly, which made a small pool of water in the bathroom every time we showered. we were surprised when the receptionist refused to lend us spoons and a plate to eat our own fruits, citing that guests do not return them.

We had a great stay in this hotel located in the heart of the city. The convenient location next to shops and near the shopping area was perfect for exploring. The spacious room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was well-maintained with great water pressure. The friendly staff provided us with excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. We especially enjoyed the pool area, which was a great place to relax after a busy day. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the spa and wellness center.

We had some noise issues during our stay that impacted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Hotel Relax Marrakech is in a great location, near a hypermarket and surrounded by a nice shopping area. It's away from the busy jammaa el fna, making it a relaxing place to stay. The rooms are clean and have a nice design, and the staff provide excellent service. Although the breakfast is basic, there are plenty of other options nearby. the hotel has a pool and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel could improve the efficiency of their reception desk staff.

the friendly staff and clean rooms at relax marrakech exceeded my expectations. the location was safe and the balanced breakfast was a nice start to the day. taking the red bus around the city was a great tip. overall, a very good place to stay.
