The challenges I encountered with the payment at the end were frustrating but resolved after some waiting. I appreciate the attention to service, though I expected smoother processes. The experience still felt valuable, especially in combination with my love for exploring new places in a business setting.

where do I even start? the slow check-in took ages, as if they were auditioning for a sloth show. and don't get me started on the lack of water in the rooms! paying 20€ for small bottles was absolutely ridiculous. as a loyal guest, I expected at least a welcome gift for my troubles. the parking situation was a hassle, as garage was full. however, the comfy bed felt like heaven 😌, breakfast options were good, and the cappuccino from the coffee machine was perfect! ☕️
