The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a more traditional Moroccan neighborhood where real Moroccans live. This adds to the authentic experience of staying in Marrakesh. it is just a short walk away from the bustling Jemaa el Fna area, allowing guests to easily explore the vibrant markets and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful decorations. The bathrooms are also impressive, offering luxurious showers and ample space. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including freshly pressed orange juice and delicious coffee.

While the hotel provides a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop area, there is no pool available on the rooftop.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt like I was in a luxurious oasis. the exclusive amenities and exceptional service make this venue stand out. the Spa and wellness centre offered a full body massage that was absolutely heavenly. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool that had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas for shade.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location. Although I appreciated the quietness of the hotel, it was a bit far from the main square.

The architecture blends old and modern decor. The welcoming and professional staff assisted with all requests. Delightful breakfast and dinner with fresh, well-presented food. Onsite Hammam and massage added to the travel experience. Manager's advice was helpful.

The breakfast included in the price was not satisfactory, with limited options and poor coffee. the bar lacked a variety of drinks and the personnel was not very attentive.
