The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in a more traditional Moroccan neighborhood where real Moroccans live. This adds to the authentic experience of staying in Marrakesh. it is just a short walk away from the bustling Jemaa el Fna area, allowing guests to easily explore the vibrant markets and attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful decorations. The bathrooms are also impressive, offering luxurious showers and ample space. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including freshly pressed orange juice and delicious coffee.

While the hotel provides a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop area, there is no pool available on the rooftop.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I felt like I was in a luxurious oasis. The exclusive amenities and exceptional service make this venue stand out. The Spa and wellness centre offered a full body massage that was absolutely heavenly. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool that had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas for shade. The sun terrace was an excellent place to relax after a day of exploring the city.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location. Although I appreciated the quietness of the hotel, it was a bit far from the main square.

The architecture blends old and modern decor. The welcoming and professional staff assisted with all requests. Delightful breakfast and dinner with fresh, well-presented food. Onsite Hammam and massage added to the travel experience. Manager's advice was helpful.
