I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of the action in Kathmandu and very near to the shopping place. The staff were incredibly helpful and well-organized, attending to every request promptly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great views of the city. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the food in the restaurant was outstanding. The hotel also offered convenient transport services to different tourist locations.

The wifi on our floor was not working properly, but it was functioning well on the ground floor.

The location was great, really close to the city center and other facilities. The restaurant staff was also pretty friendly and accommodating during my visit. the complementary breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi made for a more pleasant stay.

My experience at this hotel wasn't that great. The customer service was really poor, and I didn't even get the room type I had paid for, which was frustrating.
