From the moment we stepped into Andaz, we felt welcomed and valued. The front desk staff was incredibly professional and accommodating, attending to our every need with a genuine smile. Our room, with its fashionable design and canal view, added a touch of luxury to our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, including a choice from the breakfast menu. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from tram lines and popular attractions. The private garage made parking hassle-free. our experience at Andaz Amsterdam Prinsengracht was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel.

The spacious and beautifully designed rooms with a peaceful view of the canal and the hotel's charming garden. The central location allows easy access to everything while still being quiet. The friendly staff and the attention to detail make for a great experience. The complimentary wine social is a nice way to mingle with other guests. The highlight was the delicious breakfast.

Felt well taken care of, nothing to complain about.

We stayed in a great location, close to the tram which connected us to the major museums and train station for longer travels. The hotel was set in a quiet area, but only a short walk to some great cafes. We had an excellent room with a beautiful view of the canal. The bathroom and room were spotlessly clean with plenty of facilities such as the mini-fridge and large closet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was exceptional.

The hotel was a bit pricey, but the excellent location, service, and facilities made the stay worth it.

the character and charm of the place really captured me. Everywhere I looked, there was something interesting to see. the staff were friendly and made our stay even better. the hotel had a boutique feel with its decor and nice touches. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary wine hours in the study room. staying at this hotel added to my experience of Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Traveling with our baby, the staff made sure we had everything we needed and even provided a baby bath in our room. The large garden view room was spacious and had a baby cot. The staff, especially Christian at the front desk and Calvin in the restaurant, were incredibly kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and they even made a special omelette for our baby. The central location and canal view added to the overall charm of the hotel. The unique design and pet-friendly policy were also a plus.

This hotel provided the ultimate luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Massage, Beauty treatment, and Steam room were impeccable. the Library, Garden area, Spa centre, and Leisure/ TV room were exceptional. the in-room breakfast was delicious. the Bar/Lounge area and Dinner were impressive, and the Special diet menus were exquisite. the location was ideal.

The only minor issue was the service. the staff wasn't as attentive as I expected from such a luxurious venue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a beautiful canal in the heart of the city. It made it very easy for us to explore other attractions nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the contemporary room was very comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful, providing us with complementary beverages during check-in. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a stylish design throughout. We particularly enjoyed the free wine tasting every afternoon and the fantastic breakfast in the Bluespoon restaurant.

Great location near the canals and close to major attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. the design and decor of the hotel were impressive.

The room I booked did not match the description and faced the reception area instead of the courtyard. There was no natural sunlight in the room which was a bit disappointing.
