The staff were really friendly and were always there to assist us in any way possible. the hotel room was well designed and cozy. Loved the fact that they had a coffee machine, and the coffee was refilled every day. the location is really convenient and it was easy to travel to the city center by bus. We found two supermarkets in close proximity to the hotel that offered great food at reasonable prices. Another plus point- there were a lot of nearby restaurants and cafes that served delicious meals and refreshments.

The hotel was not located in the heart of the city, but close enough to be accessible by bus and it was a peaceful and quiet area. the refrigerator was not cold enough, and we had to adjust it manually.
