The accessibility of public transit made it easy to

get around, but the staff could have been more welcoming. We found a cozy bakery nearby that became our go-to for breakfast. Our room had a nice view, though some areas felt dated. Overall, we had a pleasant experience but with a few hiccups.

The hotel's location is pretty convenient, with easy access to tram and bus links. Our room was spacious, and having a coffee machine was a delightful touch!

However, we did experience some housekeeping issues, with cleaning happening quite late. Also, the doors didn't seal well, making it noisy at times, which was a bit disruptive.

woudl ve been a decent stay if I hadn’t endured the awful smell on the 10th floor, almost like sewage. also, the housekeeping left us with dusty lamps and a blocked shower drain, how delightful. I expected some complimentary gesture for such inconveniences, but I guess that’s too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

But seriously, why is it when I walk in there's a view of a massive pillar? I felt like I was in a game of dodgeball with furniture!

My wife says that an earlier room cleaning would help families a lot.

the location is super handy with grocery stores and shops right behind it. there’s a bus and tram stop just a quick walk away too, so getting to the center was easy!
