This charming hotel is perfect for me! I love the excellent wi-fi, in-room breakfast options, and flat-screen TV. I'll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost ring! Highly recommended, I’m returning for Xmas.

The deluxe double quiet room was stunning, with plenty of space and modern decor, making it a lovely retreat after exploring the city.

However, the absence of elevators meant climbing several steep flights of stairs, which might be challenging for some guests.

The lack of proper ventilation made my room uncomfortably hot!!! Shower water pressure was disappointing, and the wet room design meant water splashed everywhere!!! Also, an elevator would be a great addition!!!

Consider asking for a canal view room on a lower floor to ease stair access while still enjoying beautiful scenery.

absolutely loved the river view but the room was sweltering, only had a fan that was so luod! I expected a smooth welcome but instead carried my heavy suitcase up steep stairs, not ideal. and would a simple cookie in the room have been too much to ask? just couldn’t bring myself to give more than 4 stars.

I recently stayed for four nights and was impressed by the warm hospitality. The breakfast, prepared by the wonderful host who calls herself Dr Pancake, was a highlight with its delicious and diverse options. The location was perfect, allowing me easy access to major attractions, while the hotel's relaxed atmosphere and beautifully decorated rooms made me feel at home.

The hotel boasts an awesome location right by the canal, perfect for enjoying the sun and watching the boats pass by. My daughters had a fantastic time exploring nearby shops and restaurants. Nathalie and her team made us feel super special, transforming our stay into a memorable family adventure.

My kids wished for a fridge in the room.

i was thrilled to stay here, but it quickly went downhill—my room had the bed pushed against a wall, so good luck if you like to move at night. also, the housekeeping staff acted like i didn't exsist. a complimentary drink or even a cookie woudl ve been nice, but i guess that's too much to ask. almost gave 5 stars, but no way.

The staff were very friendly,,, and I felt welcomed right away. I loved having the spacious room, and the coffee maker and kettle were a nice touch that made mornings better. Having a supermarket nearby for breakfast and lunch was such a relief for us as we could grab quick snacks before heading out each day.

It wasn’t budget-friendly, but the value was still acceptable.

Our stay for three nights was delightful! The canal view was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the luxurious breakfast options. The staff went out of their way to help us navigate the city. Note, be prepared for a steep stair climb to reach your room!

the location was fantastic! so close to everything you want to see, yet tucked away from the tourist crowd. the breakfast was outstanding, with delicious pancakes and a cruelty-free menu, and the staff was genuinely welcoming, bringing fresh milk daily and ensuring we felt at home.

We had such a lovely time! The location is spot on, just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. Plus, we got in early and checked into our room right away, which was awesome. Oh, and they had in-room breakfast options—we loved that! Just a heads up, the stairs are pretty steep, so maybe pack light.

Had a cozy stay in a charming small double room with a lovely vibe and good coffee-making amenities. I enjoyed relaxing with some live jazz music and a delightful film screening during my evenings. Just a heads up, the layout can be a bit quirky, like having the toilet and shower share the same space, but it didn’t dampen my mood at all. 😊

Great view of the canal, but the steps are really steep. Wi-fi was reliable.
