This place suits me perfectly. I love the 24-hour reception, cozy bar/lounge area, and fitness center. On my first stay, the staff helped me with my luggage, which I still appreciate. Highly recommend enjoying the music theme! I’m coming back for Christmas.

During my stay, I faced some severe inconveniences with the staff's handling of requests. They were unhelpful when I asked for more towels, even after they confirmed they would send someone. The check-in process was also frustrating, as they seemed disorganized, resulting in unnecessary delays when I simply wanted to settle in. It felt like the staff lacked proper training, making the experience overall disappointing.

this hotel is super close to the ziggo dome which was amazin for catchin concerts! the vibe is really cool with music-themed decor and the beds are so comfy, i slept like a baby. the staff was friendly and the breakfast with the omelette guy was so good! room was spacious with a nice view and great tech like a smart tv and speakers. loved the coffee machine too!

The location was on point—just a stroll to the arena, and I loved the spacious room with a lovely courtyard view. Plus, having a fridge was perfect for my snacks. I could even opt out of daily cleaning. fancy, right?

But the shower was a bit of a drama, hot and cold like it had commitment issues. And let’s just say navigating Uber was less 'luxury travel' and more 'why are we walking? '

I had a great time during my stay. The staff helped me a lot with planning my time in the area. I appreciated their quick responses and willingness to assist. The location was perfect for attending a concert. The room was modern and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to come back to after exploring. The music and atmosphere created a nice vibe that suited my love for country tunes. Will remember this experience fondly.

It's located near great spots like the Pathe Arena movie theatre and Heineken Music Hall, just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, and we loved the comfy beds. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helped us feel right at home. Don't miss the rich buffet breakfast. it's worth it!

However, we did have some issues with the cleanliness of our room. Even though the cleaning lady was there every day, our room wasn’t vacuumed for a couple of days, which was a bit disappointing.

We needed a cool spot to chill after hitting the city, and we found it here. The room was spacious, with a cozy window sofa where we relaxed and enjoyed some coffee from the machine. It was even ergonomic, so you can just kick back and feel at home. The staff was really friendly and helpful with directions. Plus, the atmosphere was just right for us music lovers. We even had some mini dance parties with the sound speaker in our room!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but given the vibes and experience, it felt worth it.
