We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we arrived, the concierge, travel manager, duty managers, and spa personnel provided exceptional service. They even made a concerted effort to help find a lost phone, although unfortunately, it was not found. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the metro, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The shuttle service to Kite Beach was also very convenient. The swimming pool and gym were well-maintained, and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. We can't wait to stay here again if we come back to this amazing place!

In terms of location, this place is not as close to the Emirates Mall as it may sound. It does require a decent walk to reach the metro station.

This hotel is in a great location right next to a huge shopping centre and in a developing area. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms, even those without windows to the outside, are really clean with comfy beds. The breakfast is tasty too.
