We had a great Christmas stay with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. the staff were friendly and helpful with clear instructions about the parking. the complimentary beverage box was a nice touch and the food was delicious, especially the cakes. the hotel's location was perfect for us being close to family and situated near a pretty canal for a scenic walk.

The carpets and furniture were a bit dated and needed replacing, and the room felt a bit small. We also experienced some issues with the cleanliness including a rusty and dirty toilet brush holder.
