As business guests, we were impressed by the attentive and caring staff who provided excellent hospitality. The hotel's central location made it convenient for accessing various places, such as supermarkets, hospitals, and restaurants. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. We also appreciated the option to pay by card and the added security of having multiple police officers in the area.

Felt like our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the perfect mix of value for money and great service. The staff made me feel right at home, and the location was perfect, near the center and even close to the TICA bus station. The rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning, making for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming during our stay. The room was always clean and comfortable with hot water available for a relaxing shower. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area, which made our romantic escape even more enjoyable.

Paying with a card was not an option upon arrival, which caused some inconvenience. , the breakfast served was a bit basic, but it did not ruin our experience since we preferred to explore nearby restaurants for meals.
