We definitely got great value for our money at this beautiful property. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing volcano view. The location was great too, nestled in the jungle but still accessible. The staff, especially our host Megan, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Breakfast delights, but it would have been nice to have more options besides just fruit and tea/coffee.

Our stay at this rustic jungle complex was absolutely amazing. The host, Megan, was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and the surrounding areas, which enhanced our trip significantly. The guesthouses themselves are stunning and provide an authentic Nicaraguan experience away from the tourist traps. We loved the feeling of relaxation and serenity, surrounded by the sounds of the jungle. The breakfasts, made from fresh farm ingredients, were delicious. Megan also helped us arrange a hike up the Maderas volcano with an excellent guide. We even discovered a wonderful nearby restaurant called Campestre. We can't wait to come back again!

I had the most amazing stay at this guesthouse! The view of the volcano and jungle from my room was breathtaking. The facilities were clean and stylish, and I loved the open-air shower with flowers. The breakfast, made with fresh farm ingredients, was delicious. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in the jungle for a serene experience.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely at ease at this secluded and charming guesthouse. The open-air kitchen and availability of delicious delivery food made our stay convenient and enjoyable. The staff, especially Megan, were incredibly helpful with transportation and activities. The communal kitchen provided a great opportunity to interact with other travelers. The homestead room with its hammock and volcano view was a highlight.

We had an amazing time at this guesthouse. Surrounded by nature, the apartments provided a beautiful and peaceful setting for our stay. The basic breakfast included a variety of fresh fruits, which was a delightful way to start the day. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were always friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the close proximity to Balgue, making it convenient to explore the local attractions.

It is important to note that the accommodation had some drawbacks. The rustic studio, in particular, had an open concept design with no closed doors, which unfortunately allowed spiders to freely roam the space.

That our room lacked an outdoor space, unlike some of the other rooms which had lovely terraces with hammocks and chairs. there was no place to hang our clothes, which was a bit inconvenient.

There were some downsides to my stay. the kitchen equipment was not in good shape, with a broken fridge which was a problem considering the remote location.

We had an amazing 5-night stay at Selvista Guesthouses in the jungle house. The view of volcano Concepcion and the surrounding jungle was breathtaking. We felt so close to nature, yet still enjoyed the comfort of the lodge. It was perfect for a couple or honeymoon. The fresh breakfast made from ingredients from the farm was a treat, and we loved exploring the farm and trying different fruits. The staff, especially Megan, were friendly and helpful, even arranging taxis for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
