The complementary snacks and drinks at the lobby were a nice touch! , the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the touristic spots and the train station. A great advantage was that there was a self-check-in system that saved us time and hassle when arriving at the hotel.

The room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, with stains on the mattress and a broken hanger that made it hard to hang anything. Not to mention the overflowing trash cans that were not taken out during our stay.
