I loved the afternoon tea and cake offered daily. the shower was uncomfortably small.

I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk to the vibrant waterfront and main attractions like the opera house. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, allowing us to fuel up before exploring. Plus, having dinner included in the room rate made dining more affordable compared to local eateries.

The shower area was quite tight, making it a bit uncomfortable to move around.

Request a room away from the elevators to avoid noise and congestion during busy meal times.

Inconsistent room cleanliness, particularly with dirty mugs and hair in the bedding!!! The shower lacked a seal, causing water spills!!! Limited evening activities made the hotel feel quiet!!! Parking was a frustratingly costly affair nearby!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay really enjoyable, but

the elevators can get congested during busy meal times. However, the Fika service in the afternoons was a delightful touch, with treats that we looked forward to daily. Overall, it was a great experience for our family, particularly with the spacious room.

The bathrooms definitely need maintenance and attention!!! Room sizes could use better design for comfort!!! Poor connectivity with intermittent Wi-Fi ruined the experience!!!

While the rooms were standard and felt a bit basic, the overall experience was serviceable for a short visit.

Home Hotel Bastion provided a super central location, allowing us to easily explore Oslo. The included breakfast had an amazing selection, and the complimentary afternoon snacks were a delightful treat. Truly memorable stay!

I loved the delightful afternoon Fika with cake and tea. The incredible breakfast buffet had so many options, but the shower's water mixer was a bit tricky. Would definitely return!
