Great linen, lovely terrace with ocean views, fantastic stay. Awesome owner who arranged discounted sailing trip, showed us our room and explained everything. Very friendly and welcoming, didn't mind us having drinks with friends. Clean room with amazing view, parking available, right across from the beach. Highly recommend.

The location of this motel is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The friendly host provided great recommendations and even greeted us with a delicious biscuit and chocolate platter.

The step up to the concrete deck could be challenging for older guests, a rail would be helpful.

This accommodation is superbly located right on the seafront, offering stunning views of the beach just across the road. It is really close to shops, the ferry wharf, and various cruises, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, with a mini kitchen that has everything you need. The host is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even a biscuit/chocolate platter.

The couch in the lounge area was slightly uncomfortable to sit on for extended periods of time.

Superb location, walkable to town centre, restaurants, stores, and banks. Great view of the ocean. Owner provided flour for cooking. Spacious room with daily service and comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen equipped with necessary appliances. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, just a minute's walk from the main shops and restaurants in a vibrant area. The wharf is also close by, making it convenient for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The staff at Ala Moana Motel were lovely and provided great service throughout our stay. The accommodation was spacious and we had a parking spot right outside our door. Despite being in a central location, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful stay.

The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, just a short stroll away from the town center and the beautiful beach.

I recently stayed at the Ala Moana Motel for a weekend getaway with friends. The owner's exceptional customer service stood out from the moment we arrived. They personally walked us to our room and made sure we were comfortable. The room, although slightly outdated in decor, was kept very clean and had a stunning view. The rooftop BBQ area overlooking the bay was a great bonus. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. a fantastic stay with friendly hosts and great amenities.

Got so much more than we bargained for! Not only were there two complementary meals included, but the location was ideal – close to everything we wanted to see and do. The stunning beach view from our room was the cherry on top of an already delightful stay.

We ran into a few issues during our stay. The shower had a drainage problem, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic time in Paihia! The motel we stayed at was in a perfect location, just a short walk away from the shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and comfortable, with a view of the beautiful surroundings. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved having access to a well-equipped kitchen and the convenience of having all the necessary amenities. it was a great experience!
