I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, overlooking Myers Park. It was the perfect spot to enjoy the scenic views while being close to restaurants on Queen Street. The City Link Bus stop nearby made it easy to explore the city. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave and cooking range. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast options were enjoyable. The room had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom.

One downside was the lack of additional security measures, which could be a concern for some guests.

The spa bath in the room was a great added touch for a romantic escape. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach.

Room service failed to clean our room during our two-night stay, leaving us with dirty towels and an uncleaned bathroom. There was also no curtain for the shower, resulting in a wet and messy bathroom floor that we had to clean up ourselves.

Conveniently situated for restaurants and shops, this hotel provides well-designed and equipped suites with balconies that offer stunning views of the city. The pool and spa facilities are excellent, and the complimentary laundry products and newspapers added value to our stay. The location is ideal with only a short walk to the restaurant scene and Aotea Square. Good value for money given its central location.

I loved the location of the hotel, right in the heart of the city and next to Myers Park. It was perfect for me as I wanted a city fix. The proximity to the park was a bonus as it had lots of grass and a brand new playground, making it perfect for families with young children. The hotel pool was also a great amenity. The staff were incredibly helpful, from allowing me to leave my car for longer after check-out to even offering to dry my washing for me. The main areas were clean and the linen was spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent location and helpful staff.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. The bathroom door did not have a hook behind it, although it was clear that there had been one previously.

Had a wonderful xmas holiday here! the hotel is conveniently located near many attractions and restaurants. the spa bath in the room was very relaxing after a long day of exploring. the staff was also super friendly and even offered us complimentary breakfast and a late checkout. Plus, the view of the city from our room was breathtaking.

The noise from the portable air conditioner in the room was a bit bothersome, especially at night. the daily cost of parking was quite expensive and added up quickly.

The hotel staff were very obliging and sorted out any issues we had, such as a reservation mix-up, in a prompt and satisfactory manner. The room amenities were top-notch, including a washing machine and kitchen that made our stay feel just like home. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff were attentive and friendly. our stay at this hotel was comfortable and enjoyable.
