I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in Dunedin and had a fantastic experience. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, with everything immaculately maintained. The amenities provided were modern and convenient, including Wi-Fi and laundry facilities. The location was also great, within walking distance to the city. The management team was professional and friendly, always willing to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dunedin.

We had a wonderful stay at Beechwood Boutique! The room was spacious and the couch was so comfortable. The bathroom was lovely too. The owner at reception was incredibly kind and went out of her way to help our friends who had accommodation issues. The hotel was clean and had a great location, close to everything. We will definitely be back!

The room was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed, such as a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, offering room service and providing a delicious in-room breakfast. The garden area was a great place to relax and unwind. The service was top-notch, with the staff informing us of the check-in time and ensuring it was indicated on our reservation. we had a fantastic experience here.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the hotel had a great location, close to popular local attractions and restaurants. the staff were helpful and attentive.

Our stay was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. the room was quite noisy, with sounds from adjoining rooms and the street disturbing us throughout the night.

We were blown away by the level of luxury at this hidden gem! The recently renovated rooms were like something out of a design magazine, with beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and the spacious bathroom even had heated floors. Despite being near the main road, we didn't hear any traffic noise thanks to the effective soundproofing. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the helpful managers went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We even got great recommendations for restaurants and they kindly dropped us off there. we had an outstanding experience at Beechwood Boutique Accommodation and highly recommend it for a top-notch stay.
