I had an amazing time staying at this cozy lodge in the kiwi countryside. Waking up to the sight of cows grazing in the fields was a delight! The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay, and the breathtaking views from the deck were perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The friendly caretakers made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable.

I did find that the Wi-Fi was only available in certain areas of the lodge, which was a bit inconvenient.

We got great value for our money at Kauri Lodge. The room might have been a bit dated, but it was comfy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, giving us a real kiwi countryside experience with beautiful views. The staff treated us like family, they were so friendly and accommodating. Definitely coming back!

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.
