the food served at the restaurant was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great dining experience. improvements could be made in terms of room cleanliness and maintenance.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even let us check in way early so we could catch Bruce Springsteen. the food was top-notch, and the bar being open all night was a lifesaver after the concert! the only downside maybe was the slightly slow Wi-Fi, but honestly, it didn't bother us much since we were out and about most of the time. a great place to stay in Belfast 🌟.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect. the food, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious. We especially enjoyed having TVs with sky sports, as we were keen to watch the golf. Our room was beautifully decorated and the shower was excellent. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even though they were busy. the hotel itself was immaculate and the parking was plentiful. We would definitely return to this beautiful hotel.
