I recently stayed at Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff at check-in were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The apartment itself was cozy, clean, and easily heated. The kitchen and main bedroom offered stunning views, and the peaceful location was just a short walk from town. The beds were comfortable, and the 1.5 bathrooms were a convenient feature. it was the perfect spot for a family or group vacation, with all the necessary amenities provided.

Located not so far from the town center with a stunning view on the lake. Fair amount of space in front of the house so you can park a caravan there. The office staff deserve a special mention, as they were very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay.

The lack of visitor information about local attractions and recommended cafes was a downside, leaving us feeling a bit lost at times.

The location was excellent, just a short stroll to the lake and the famous Church of Good Shepherd. Parking was easy and it was a quick drive to town for food and groceries. The house was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and good heating. I would recommend this accommodation.

The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking! We spent hours just admiring the mountains and the lake. The beds were super comfy and we all had a great night's sleep. The house had lots of space, perfect for our big family gathering. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a spa and pool, even though we didn't get a chance to use them due to our short stay.

One downside was that the room with the bunk beds faced the road and there were streetlights that stayed on all night. The curtains in that room didn't block out any light, so it made it difficult to sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised when we found a quiet and well-equipped house in a residential area with amazing views. The expansive lounge and dining areas provided plenty of space, and the main bedroom also had beautiful views. The kitchen was well-equipped with a wide range of utensils and equipment for self-catering. The location was ideal, being close to the pick-up point for the stargazing experience and offering a small patio where we could gaze at the starry night sky. The traditional fireplace added a cozy touch to our stay.

Stayed at a lovely, spacious, and well-appointed 3-bedroom apartment with a breathtaking view of Lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountains. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were very convenient. The property was quiet, with a beautiful garden, and just a short drive from restaurants and shops. Lighting a fire in the evenings added to the cozy atmosphere. it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our 4-night stay at Lake Tekapo Holiday Homes was perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. The cosy accommodation had a log burning stove and all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The double rooms were spacious and the outdoor area had wood chairs and a beautiful open space view. We enjoyed stargazing on the balcony with the camping chairs provided. The separate toilet and shower were appreciated, and the kitchen was exceptionally clean. The location was just minutes from the spectacular lake and a short walk to the town.

We stayed at Arosa Lodge for one night and it was a delightful experience. The single-unit holiday home facing Lake Tekapo provided us with unmatched views and a serene atmosphere. The house was beautifully decorated in white and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The spacious dining area and kitchen were perfect for our big family. The friendly hosts and exceptional location made our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The communication with the staff, especially Kevin, was great from the start. They even allowed us to check in earlier, which was fantastic. The accommodation was cosy and cute with a fireplace, good kitchen facilities, and spacious double rooms. The outdoor area had wood chairs and a beautiful view. The hotel's location was perfect, just minutes walking to the lake and a short walk to the town.

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Homes in Lake Tekapo. The house was perfect for our family and friends, with all the necessary cooking facilities. The 1.5 bathrooms allowed for a more relaxed experience, ensuring that there was no rush when someone was in the shower and others needed to use the toilet. The beds were just right, not too soft or too firm, and the stunning views from the kitchen, main bedroom. The location was fantastic, being close to town and offering a beautiful walk down to the lake and other attractions like the pine beach and the Good Shepherd Church. We particularly enjoyed exploring the pine forest and going mushroom hunting, which was a great experience for my child. Though the house showed some signs of age, it was overall clean and provided fresh sheets and towels. The inclusion of Ecostore products, which we also use at home, was a plus. We even had the chance to light the fireplace and teach our child how to set up a fire with woods, which was a memorable moment. We highly recommend this Holiday Home and will definitely return in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at this holiday home. The house was a good size for two people and had comfortable furnishings. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The property was located not far from the small selection of shops and restaurants in town, making it convenient to access amenities. The view from the balcony of the lake was absolutely stunning. The gas fire in the open plan kitchen and lounge area added a cozy touch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The property also had good WiFi, which was a bonus.

The house itself was mind-blowing, filled with beautiful flowers and located near Lake Tekapo for amazing walks. Having a bathroom in each room was a major plus, making our stay even more comfortable. The spaciousness of the place was perfect for our family, and the spa was a hit with everyone. The EXCELLENT views of the lake and mountains added to the wow-factor, and the number and size of rooms were just right. The location was central, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the kitchen facilities had everything we needed. The deck provided a great space for outdoor dining, adding to the overall experience. We were pleased with the available amenities such as free Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, electric kettle. The option to do laundry was extremely convenient. There were also plenty of leisure activities to enjoy, including hiking, fishing, horseback riding. The fact that the property did not allow pets and had a no-smoking policy on site was a definite plus. our stay was a truly memorable and fantastic experience.
