The location is stunning, right by the lake and with beautiful gardens. It's also close to main sights, restaurants, minimarts, and the bus stop for Arrowtown. Great service from the staff, with no bad experiences.

Air conditioner leaked, so we were upgraded again to a stunning lake side king room. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Queenstown for a family holiday. Despite a sudden emergency back home, the staff at Novotel went above and beyond to take care of me during my stay. I am forever grateful for their kindness and support, especially James, Aman, and Shubam. The location of the hotel is fantastic, close to restaurants yet on a quiet street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the top floor facing the back of the property is wonderfully peaceful. The breakfast is delicious, the bed is comfy, and the staff are friendly. The hotel also offers valet parking for convenience. I wish I had stayed here from the beginning of my trip. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay at this luxurious hotel! We loved the location just a few steps away from the lake and the bustling city centre. The staff provided great service, from the friendly receptionists to the housekeeping team who made sure our room was always clean and comfortable. In addition, we enjoyed free wi-fi and a welcome drink upon our arrival.

Although there were no lake views from our room, we appreciated the serene atmosphere and privacy of the place. We were impressed by the facilities available to us, such as the leisure spa, fitness centre, swimming pool, and jacuzzi.
