I had an amazing stay at this place. The location is perfect as it's easy to get to the nearby attractions. The room amenities were great, including the comfortable bed and adequate heating. The views from the room were breathtaking. The staff were all helpful and made my stay very pleasant, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

We had a great stay at Peppers with a stunning view from our room. Despite some noise from the nearby road, the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable bed made up for it. The friendly reception staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The surroundings of the hotel are quite beautiful with attractive grounds and pleasing views from some of the units. The restaurant serves decent food but be prepared for long waiting times, and it’s understandable as the service is quite disorganized. Despite this, the room was comfortable and the staff were decent; they did try to accommodate my request to change my room. Although the free Wi-Fi limit is low, the room has a modem for unlimited internet usage.

The check-in process was quite frustrating with delayed room availability and lack of communication from the staff.

The room had a comfortable bed and a bath tub. The shower was strong and hot. Breakfast was well-stocked. The staff was knowledgeable about taking pictures of the milky way. The hotel's location is excellent.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the stunning views of the lake and the convenient location. The heated bathroom floor, towel rack, and heater were a lifesaver in the cold environment. The air-conditioned rooms were a blessing during the hot summer days. The staff was amazing and the rooms were beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities. The restaurant offered delicious food with a breathtaking view. The well-maintained property and easy car parking added to the convenience. Peppers Bluewater Resort provided a fantastic experience for us.

My stay at the resort was fantastic. However, the staff promptly moved me to a replacement room that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with the hot pools and township just a short distance away. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite the small size, the room was warm and cozy, thanks to a great heat pump. it was a modern, well-presented hotel with excellent facilities. The convenience of having a supermarket and shopping strip within walking distance was a bonus.

We had a weekend break at a resort near a stunning lake. Our room was a perfect size with a comfortable bed and the bathroom was spacious with a bathtub. the view from the room was breathtaking. A buffet breakfast was included that was delectable and delicious dessert could be ordered with room service. the staff was friendly and professional.

there were issues with the food. One dish was not edible and some plates stayed on tables far too long.

Our two bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. the highlight for me was the deep bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. I had a wonderful experience at Peppers and would highly recommend it to others seeking a beautiful landscape and comfortable accommodation.
