We booked a twin room and a Gallery Suite, both of which exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and space. the proximity to the huge Sylvia Park Shopping Centre made our stay even more convenient for all our needs, from shopping to dining. the gymnasium at Waipuna Hotel provided a variety of exercise machines for guests to use, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to the chef who was exceptionally accommodating with our toddler. Overall, the staff members we encountered were pleasant and professional, adding to the positive experience.

The beds were so cozy and the views from our room were absolutely stunning! the staff were incredibly welcoming and generous, making my husband's birthday extra special with complimentary bubbles and a heartfelt card 🎉.

Venue perfect for surveyor reunion, great meal and service, friendly and responsive staff, enjoyable evening snack, pleasant encounters with staff in corridor. Enjoyable lagoon walk, modern, spacious and well-equipped rooms. Well-equipped bathroom, great room size, comfortable bed with lovely bedding and pillows. Easy parking, friendly and professional staff, delicious food in the restaurant, made to feel welcome and well looked after.

The bed was like sleeping on clouds, amazing view, peaceful and relaxing getaway, comfy beds and lots of space in the room, filter tap in bathroom for drinking water.
