I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hi Lai Hotel. The lobby and public spaces were absolutely stunning, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The staff, especially Jessica at the reception, were delightful and provided exceptional customer service. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained, making it feel welcoming and inviting. The location was convenient, with nearby attractions and a bank for currency exchange. The free shuttle service to the MRT station was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The service in the Executive Lounge was outstanding. The staff were professional and attentive, taking great care of me during my four-night stay. The hotel facilities, including the pool, gym, and squash court, were excellent. I also enjoyed the variety of restaurants, especially the Taiwanese and steak houses. The breakfast buffet was busy but decent, and the option of having a quieter breakfast in the lounge was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location near Central Park Station made it convenient for exploring this city.

The hotel's location above the Hanshin Super Mall Department store is fantastic. It's convenient for shopping and there's even a local night market within walking distance. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area.

As low-budget travelers, we were impressed with the awesome harbor view from our room on the 35th floor. The hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet and the convenient location with plenty of restaurants around. The outdoor pool was great, and we also appreciated the free WiFi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely quick, friendly, and helpful. They even brought me a mattress pad to improve the comfort of the bed. The hotel had a convenient location with lots of restaurants around. The sauna was outstanding, reminiscent of Japanese public baths. I also enjoyed the nice view of the harbor. The pool was a nice bonus as well. The hotel was clean and the rooms matched the pictures on the website. It was also located next to a shopping mall and the MRT station, making transportation easy. The breakfast was good and the staff, especially at the bakery, were very helpful.

The rooms felt a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovation. the air conditioning was not very reliable and the view from the high rooms was not impressive.

The breakfast is served in a very large, impersonal ballroom that lacks ambiance, and the choice, presentation, and quality of food is outdated compared to more modern hotels.

As a couple, we loved the courteous and knowledgeable staff, clean and well-constructed hotel, with stunning harbor and city views. The facilities and restaurants were excellent and the hotel offered an inexpensive 5-star accommodation experience. Mr. James Lee, one of the supervisors, stood out with his exceptional service attitude and professionalism. He went above and beyond to find us an upgraded room at no extra cost. The location was great, and the breakfast and bakery staff were extremely helpful.
