Our stay at Western Springs Villa was worth every penny. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view of Auckland and the Skytower from our window was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we even got to use their kitchen for breakfast on the patio by the pool. The hotel's colonial era vibe and well-maintained grounds were a lovely touch.

When it comes to breakfast choices, it would have been great to have more variety.

The location of this heritage villa is fantastic, situated in a good area and close to some nice local restaurants. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the staff provided lovely customer service. The villa also offers spacious open spaces and a swimming pool for guests to enjoy. Plus, the staff is always ready to help with any extra services. Definitely a great place to stay!

The advertisement might have been a bit deceiving as the shared facilities are with the hosts who live in the main building. However, this didn't detract from the overall positive experience.

We had a great stay at a lovely villa with a rich history. The room we stayed in was named Isabella's, and we later discovered that Isabella was the wife of William Motion, one of the earliest pioneers of Auckland. It was fascinating to stay in a place with such a backstory. The location was convenient, with Fowlds Park just across the road and shopping and eateries within an 8-minute walk. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable with a firm mattress.

The historic building was stunning and the interior was spacious and comfortable. the room was well-equipped with coffee and tea options, fresh milk, and a small fridge. the location was easily accessible and the staff were helpful and friendly. the bed and bathroom were exceptionally clean and comfortable, allowing for a great night's sleep.

The wifi connection was weak and did not work on all devices. the lack of a luggage rack or table in the room was a minor inconvenience, but would have been helpful.
