During our recent stay at Grand Millennium, we were blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff were. From the moment we arrived, they were always smiling, ready to assist us with anything we needed. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The level of service provided by the staff truly made a difference and contributed to our overall enjoyment of the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s gym facility was fantastic, equipped with the latest and best equipment. the staff at the gym were also very good and helpful. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the airport. Additionally, there were two malls nearby, with one of them directly connected to the hotel. the biggest mall, Mall of Oman, was also within walking distance for those who are physically fit.

The breakfast and some services at the hotel were not up to 5-star level. Although I was aware that the hotel was in soft opening, I expected better service overall.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a separate gym and pool for ladies. Plus, being attached to a modern shopping center is a huge convenience. The location is also excellent, right next to the market and near the coast, offering easy access to Muscat's heritage locations.
