The first room was a little cramped—felt like I was in a dollhouse! Just me and my luggage pretending to be best pals in a small space.

Braw wee gem! Staff were pure friendly and helpful all the time. Loved the comfy room and the nice breakfast, but the TV was knackered. Still, would totally come back for the great atmosphere and handy location.

I stayed in building B , had a great time relaxing after long days. The drivers were friendly , took a back route to avoid those insane traffic jams. Plus, that tuk tuk service was clutch to get to the main road without hassle.

It wasn’t exactly wallet-friendly. had to pay a bit more for the convenience.

Had a sweet as stay overall but the room was a bit tired and the sink could’ve used a good scrub. The tuk tuk service was a lifesaver, though! Chur!

they had the audacity to charge me an extra 200 baht a night for a room that didn't even match the photo. the bathroom was practically an abandoned swamp, with rusty pipes and mold everywhere. the pool, which was allegedly a highlight, seemed to be forgotten. oh, and where was my complimentary gesture for all this? I just couldn’t give a good review.

great service from the staff. spacious rooms, perfect for solo travelers. the pool area is well-maintained. food options were diverse, especially the breakfast with an amazing egg chef!

Great outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. Wi-Fi was reliable. Luggage storage helped a lot.

i had a great time at by uhg. the location was perfect, just a short walk to nana plaza. i really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the gym facilities were fantastic. the staff were friendly and made my stay even better.

The breakfast has a variety of tasty options to start your day. The pool is a bit small for swimming laps.

by uhg was a hidden gem! the outdoor pool was a great spot to relax, and being near the river made exploring easy. the staff was helpful, especially with the little golf cart shuttle that took us around. we enjoyed our stay in the roomy junior suite, perfect for a couple.

i had a fantastic time staying here, as it's just a short walk to the bustling terminal 21 and the vibrant soi cowboy, making my city explorations so enjoyable and easy to navigate. the friendly staff and large room made my stay more comfortable, although there's a bit of a strange smell in the reception area that could use some attention.

The air conditioning was so loud, I thought I was sharing my room with a jet engine! And to top it off, the elevator only went halfway—what a workout!
