We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was breathtaking, nestled in the countryside and offering the best views in the area. It was the perfect retreat for those seeking a peaceful and quiet getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even provided us with a delicious homemade soup for dinner when we arrived late. We felt safe and well taken care of, as the experts at this place were always ready to take us on exciting adventures in the mountains. From check-in to the wait staff, everyone was attentive and provided exceptional service.

Spent Christmas week at a charming and peaceful boutique resort. Loved waking up to stunning views of the nearby volcano. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering daily excursions and delicious meals. the daily happy hours were a perfect opportunity to meet other guests and exchange experiences. A wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The location was a bit remote, requiring a taxi ride to reach nearby attractions. the lack of a swimming pool was a downside, but the beautiful surroundings made up for it.

The resort was beautifully decorated with a mix of cultural influences. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were cozy and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. there was no pool available at the resort, which would have been a nice addition for guests to cool off and relax.
