The staff were excellent and always happy to assist, and their English skills were impressive. The location was perfect for exploring the Centro area, and the pocket map they provided was helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, like a 5-star hotel. I also loved the large storage lockers in the dorms. The breakfast was fantastic for the price paid, and the hotel's proximity to the Museum of Art and Circuito Mágico del Agua made it even more convenient.

I had a fantastic stay at 1900 Hostel in Lima. The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located across the road from the art museum and a beautiful park. The free breakfast was a great start to the day, and the hotel offered a range of activities including a cooking class with Chef Santiago. The class was a highlight, taking us to the local market and teaching us how to make ceviche. great value for money with plenty of amenities and a wonderful atmosphere.

During my Christmas stay at this hostel, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to answer questions and offer recommendations for activities and places to visit. Additionally, the free breakfast provided by the hostel was a great way to start the day. I appreciated the variety of options available, including bread rolls, jam, and juice/coffee/tea. The location of the hostel was also a major plus. It was conveniently located right across the road from the art museum and a beautiful park, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surroundings.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay. the dinner I had at the hostel one night was absolutely horrible.

Disliked the dismal breakfasts served, with cold porridge and dry buns. Also found the noise from the rooftop bar to be disruptive, making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.

The breakfast included is tasty and varied, with options like fresh pressed juice, scrambled eggs, and delicious pancakes. The hotel also offers facilities like strong WiFi and a rooftop bar and restaurant, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

The music from the rooftop bar can be played at full volume at times, which may disturb guests in their rooms.

The hostel is conveniently located on a busy street, making it easy to catch any 300-numbered bus to visit the small ancient site Huaca Pucllana and Miraflores. It is also close to a shopping mall that stays open late, perfect for getting essential items like sim cards or groceries. it is within walking distance of a top-notch art museum, providing a great opportunity to learn about the history of Peru. it offers a quieter environment away from the bustling Miraflores nightlife. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is satisfying.

The Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable in certain areas or rooms.

We had a comfortable stay at 1900 Hostel. The Queen room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free walking tour with Christian, who was knowledgeable and gave great suggestions on where to eat. The storage room was convenient for our late flight and the rooftop terrace was the perfect spot to chill and enjoy a cold beer. Highly recommend!

As a traveler, I stayed at 1900 Hostel for a week and it was perfect for my needs. The hostel had everything I needed, from spacious and comfy beds to big lockers for security. The in-house travel agent made planning my excursions a breeze, and the cash machine on site was convenient. The hostel's bar was a social hub with foosball and a pool table, and the 90s classics playing in the background created a great atmosphere. The showers consistently had strong pressure and ample hot water, which is not always the case in hostels. I also loved the delightful doggo who added to the friendly vibe. I felt at home and comfortable in this impressively spacious building.
