We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from the main plaza. We loved how the hotel was spread out on three levels with wooden galleries, providing a charming and unique atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near various archeological sites on the hill overlooking the city and the San Blas neighborhood. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a range of options to suit every taste. Cleanliness was also top-notch throughout our stay.

This hotel was a fantastic find for us. One of the best aspects was the excellent value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the location in the historical district of Cuzco. The hotel is situated on a quiet street just a few blocks off the main square, which meant we could enjoy a peaceful stay while still being close to all the attractions. Additionally, the staff were very attentive to detail and provided great service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in our room were all we needed, and we especially enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub for a relaxing soak. The room itself had good space and even had its own little balcony, which was a lovely touch. Lastly, the breakfast was a highlight. We had made to order eggs every day and there was a variety of delicious local fruits to choose from.

This hotel is located in the San Blas area, just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas and San Blas. It was very convenient for exploring the city and perfect for those who want to be close to the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and had a double and generous sized single bed, adequate storage, a fridge, and a hot radiator. The breakfast, especially the eggs made to order, was a highlight of the stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout our time here.

Optional city tours organized by the hotel are enjoyable. a fantastic home away from home.

One evening, the water in my shower kept fluctuating between hot and cold. However, the staff came quickly to fix it.

Great location, just a short walk to the main plaza and close to everything. the hotel is also built on ancient Inca stone work, which adds a unique and historic touch. the staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

The communication with the hotel was lacking. They promised a free airport pick-up but never showed up, causing us to wait for almost an hour.

My stay at Hotel Rumi Punku in Cusco was fantastic! The beautiful interior and cozy atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was gracious and welcoming, making me feel like a valued guest. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from all the sites I wanted to visit. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its beautiful courtyards and classic Peruvian charm. It's located down a quieter street just a few minutes walk from the main plaza and close to historical sites we wanted to visit. The staff provided excellent service, recommending local eateries and offering Coca tea to help with altitude sickness. The breakfast buffet had delicious made to order eggs and the filtered water station was much appreciated. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the hillside.

The shower door came off the runner, but it was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from the overall positive experience.
