I had an amazing stay at Taypikala Hotel in Cusco. The value for money was exceptional, and the room was beautifully decorated and cozy. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street yet still close to the main plaza. The staff treated me with the utmost kindness and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with fresher bread and better quality fruit.

This venue was an amazing find! It is located in the heart of everything which made it easy to explore the area. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly at night with no street noise to wake me up. The staff was very accommodating and even allowed me to print off my tour tickets in the lobby before I headed out for the day. The hotel also provides a variety of services such as room service, airport shuttle, and tours/ticket assistance which made my stay even better.

I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to this area.

The staff were attentive and provided helpful advice on handling the altitude. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great egg station. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, breakfast, and service.

The hotel was nice, with a big selection for breakfast, helpful staff, interesting decor, a big common area. The location was good, about 1km away from the city square. The staff was also very prestative, allowing us to store our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu.

Great complementary breakfast with an omelette station and nice array of food options. Convenient location just a short walk away from the city center, with free coca leaves and tea. Ability to store luggage for multiple days was a huge plus.

Room size was a bit small and the bathrooms could use some updating with small tubs and poor water pressure in the shower. Staff did not allow for cancellation of one night for a Machu Picchu trip, resulting in having to pay for an unnecessary night.

Additionally, the hotel offered free storage for my bag when I decided to extend my stay in Aguas Calientes for Machu Picchu. Its location provided a nice getaway from the bustling Plaza, yet was still just a 20-minute walk away. And I appreciated the complimentary coca leaves and tea they provided.

The friendly and professional staff provided us with helpful advice on handling the altitude and even offered us coca tea upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the egg station where our eggs were cooked to perfection. The wide range of amenities including free Wi-Fi, soundproofed rooms, and a beautiful garden made our stay even more enjoyable.

That some of the staff could be a bit rude at times. However, this minor issue did not overshadow the overall wonderful experience we had at this hotel.

Additionally, it is a short distance from the train to Machu Picchu, making it a great choice for those planning to visit the famous site.
