The room we stayed in during New Year's Eve was clean and tidy. We appreciated the two complementary bottles of water and the fresh towels. The hotel is conveniently located near a popular shopping district. the view from our window was enjoyable.

The room lacked essential amenities and space. The slow and unreliable internet connection was frustrating.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Manila. the value for money was excellent - the room was spacious and clean, and it was definitely worth the price. Secondly, the staff were very attentive and accommodating, especially the male staff at the annex. They were always willing to help and made me feel welcomed. Lastly, the hotel's location near the US embassy was very convenient, making it easy for me to get around and explore the city.

Everything was fine and I had a great stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the US Embassy, making it a perfect choice for couples going through the visa process. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff greeted us warmly upon arrival and assisted us throughout the check-in process. The location near the embassy and the accommodating staff were definitely highlights of our stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow, which made it difficult to use streaming services like Netflix.

The hotel's location near the US Embassy and Ermita Shrine was convenient. It was just a short walk to Robinsons Place Manila. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot running water. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. There were disinfectants for luggage, foot baths, and a body temperature reader at the lobby.

Felt completely happy, no complaints.
