The value for money at Resorts Lagen Island was totally worth it! The room was spacious, modern, and had a breathtaking view. The location was like paradise and the staff treated us like royalty.

Amazing staff, including Gamie and Dave, who make great cocktails and coffee. Clean pool area and lovely beach. Good rooms with comfy beds. The spa and on-site doctor are a bonus. Great activities, including private boat rides. a fantastic experience.

I had high expectations as regards nature, but the reality was even much much better than expected. The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning - surrounded by spectacular mountains that no photos can do justice to. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely pool area and a pristine beach. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the impeccable service throughout. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the kitchen in general offered amazing food. Additionally, the hotel provided convenient transportation options, including a perfect logistical setup with Airswift airplane for hassle-free travel.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout our stay. the resort's dedication to environmental protection was commendable, and we appreciated their efforts to keep their surroundings clean and healthy. the room was clean and comfortable, with fresh beddings and towels provided. the resort offered a variety of activities, both free and paid, allowing us to make the most of our time on the island. the location was stunning, with beautiful scenery and secluded small beaches to enjoy. the resort's commitment to reducing plastic pollution was evident, with the use of refillable water bottles and large containers for toiletries.

Some guests noted a disparity in how staff treated white and non-white guests, which was not in line with the inclusive treatment seen in other hotels. the resort's facilities and service could have been more luxurious and up to par with the high price paid for the stay.

If you want to be treated like a Saudi sheikh, this is the place for you! The staff go above and beyond to meet all your needs. Everyone is nice and super friendly. The location is amazing - a small piece of paradise. The facilities and activities are also great value for money.

Spent Christmas in paradise! the breathtaking natural environment and pristine facilities exceeded our expectations. We loved the great variety of activities provided; we swam in clear waters, explored adjacent isles, relaxed by the pool and soaked up astounding views of nature from our breathtaking villa. the staff were accommodating and warm with every request made.

We had difficulties communicating with some of the staff whose language proficiency was limited. Some communication issues arose, especially in the restaurant and this somewhat added to our inconvenience.

Loved the secluded and peaceful location, perfect for a romantic getaway. the staff were amazing, especially the tour guides, who made our activities enjoyable. the food was delicious and fresh, with plenty of options to choose from.

The spa was overpriced and the massage wasn't as good as expected. the transfer back to the airport was a bit of a concern, as the water was rough and it took longer than anticipated.
