Staying here was a great experience! The location is perfect, just off a busy shopping street, and it's in a very good area. The staff is particularly outstanding with their help and hospitality. The room service, dry cleaning, and laundry were all excellent. The in-room amenities were also great, including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the sitting area was very comfortable. The free toiletries were a nice touch, and the television had great channels to choose from.

I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

Our stay at Montcalm Marble Arch was wonderful. The location was great and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had a minor issue with the shower, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the well-equipped spa/pool area for relaxing after sightseeing. The staff were friendly and the location was quiet and close to the subway. The beds were extremely comfortable with quality bedding.
