On arrival, I was surprised with a thoughtful room upgrade and a personal touch—champagne and a handwritten card celebrating my birthday! The staff’s attentiveness made me feel truly special.

However, the dining experience fell a bit short. The attached restaurant was noisy, and breakfast service felt rushed, clearing food way too early despite advertised hours. A little clarity would help.

Prime location, staff were exceptionally attentive and welcoming, making our stay delightful. Rooms were impeccably clean and equipped with amazing facilities that ensured comfort.

There were issues with inconsistent maintenance. outdated furniture in some areas was noticeable and detracted from the overall quality.

Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn’t. The room was as small as a shoebox, and I found tiles missing in the shower. I also expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but was sadly disappointed yet again. Who knew a 5-star hotel would charge for opened bottled water? Absolutely ridiculous!
