This hotel is a great value for money with reasonable sized rooms that are clean and well-equipped. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing genuine friendly service. The location is perfect, right across the new mall with plenty of shops and dining options, and you can easily walk to the market. The rooms have comfy king-sized beds with complete accessories, and breakfast is included.

Great location near airport and main street with restaurants. Spacious rooms for four people. Children under 12 can stay for free in the same room. Good Japanese food at WEBE Restaurant. Nice pool and friendly staff. Strong wifi signal and computer room for guests. Tours available through AJI travel. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Palawan that was perfectly situated on Rizal avenue, just around the corner from two major shopping malls. The location couldn't have been better, especially since it was also close to the airport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for our family of four, and the bathroom was clean. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always ready to assist. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast each morning and had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a computer room for guests.

I have to mention that there was no full-scale spa available at the hotel.

The hotel's central location, impeccable cleanliness, and friendly staff exceeded our expectations. The service felt like that of a five-star hotel. We enjoyed the professional and friendly pianist and had a memorable stay. Highly recommended!

What I appreciated in this hotel were the comfy beds with clean linens and the courteous staff. The location was also good, as we were just a short walk away from local transportation. we were able to order food that suited our taste buds.

The room and the halls lacked the ambiance that we hoped for. The lighting in the room was too bright, and the walls were too plain.
