I was extremely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail at this hotel. My wife had recently undergone foot surgery and we needed a special access room. The bellman went above and beyond to find us the perfect room, even taking us to multiple options to ensure our comfort. The convenient location made it easy for us to access nearby restaurants and use Uber to get around with my wife's scooter. The breakfast brunch was delicious, especially the made-to-order omelettes. I also appreciated the helpful staff at the CVS Pharmacy just outside the back entrance. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and ideal location.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even giving me early check-in. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the courtyard. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location next to the Convention Center was ideal, making it convenient for attending events or conferences. Additionally, there were plenty of food options within walking distance, as well as nearby tourist attractions. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location near the convention center, and helpful staff made for an excellent experience.

The hotel's location is great, close to major attractions and right next to the convention center. The rooms are clean, and there's a big gym if you want to work out. In addition, the breakfast is impressive, as mentioned in a review.

According to a review, the hotel can be quite noisy at times, and the staff may not be able to keep the noise down, especially during events or conferences.

We requested a roll-out bed and were pleased when the staff immediately brought one up to our room. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was great for exploring the city. we had a pleasant stay at the Marriott.

I had an enjoyable stay during my city trip. The hotel's lobby and overall atmosphere were fantastic, with a modern and spacious design. The cleanliness of both the inside and outside of the hotel was impressive, creating a pleasant and inviting environment. Additionally, the size of the room exceeded my expectations, providing ample space for a comfortable stay.

I must mention that the service at the hotel was disappointing. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful, leaving guests waiting on hold for extended periods of time. Basic requests were not handled efficiently, and I found it frustrating to receive assistance. This lack of good service detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience at the hotel.

Excellent service from all staff, including security, reception, bellmen, and concierge. Rooms and lobby have a modern, open layout. Seafood jambalaya and omelet station are highlights of breakfast buffet. Connected to conference center for easy access to events. Ahmed at breakfast buffet provides top-notch customer service.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We stayed for 3 nights during our sightseeing trip to the capital. The location of the hotel near the metro was extremely convenient. The room on the 12th floor was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel architecture was stunning, and we loved the variety of food options available, especially the beautiful bar. However, the standout feature was the astonishing quietness of the room, making it the most peaceful hotel stay we've ever had.

The room was small and cramped, which could be difficult for those with many belongings or for extended stays. Additionally, the elevators could be slow, leading to long waits and frustrating experiences.
