We were pleasantly surprised with the convenient parking arrangements facilitated by the hotel. The manager went above and beyond to address our concerns about the mini bar charges and resolved the issue promptly. The room itself had good air quality and was comfortable.

The room I stayed in was not only very nice but also quite spacious, providing me with ample comfort throughout my stay. We arrived late at night and were pleasantly surprised by the staff's warm welcome and efficient check-in process. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed by the prompt room service and delicious meals at the in-house restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and ensured a pleasant stay. we had a great experience at Lenox Hotel and would highly recommend it.

The hotel had a great location in the area near to places we wanted to be anyway. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of outlets for charging. The bathroom was well-designed and had a clear mirror. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the breakfast in the enclosed area of the restaurant was satisfying.

The parking lot was not cemented, which was a bit inconvenient.

Over Easter, the hotel had a convenient location, close to many attractions and shops, and they had a friendly and attentive staff. the room was spacious and equipped with comfortable amenities.

Their dining experience was not great, as the staff was not accommodating and food was slow to arrive. the hotel also lacked basic toiletries and their extra bed was uncomfortable.
