I had a great value for my money at Happy Tower. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The location was perfect, right between Old Town and the Jewish Quarter, close to trendy eateries. The staff was friendly and always responsive.

What a great experience at Happy Tower! I arrived early, but the friendly staff allowed me to store my luggage until check-in time. They even provided me with a map and recommendations on what to see in the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to the tram station and a short walk to the center of Krakow. The room was clean and had all the essentials I needed. Despite being on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet at night. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose Happy Tower again!

We stayed in a studio apartment that was clean and spacious. The location was fantastic, with multiple tram stops nearby, allowing easy access to the old town. The staff were helpful and friendly, even accommodating our request to store our luggage before check-in. there were local shops just steps away for convenience.

The cleanliness of the apartment could have been better, as there were dirty dishes and the floors were not properly cleaned.

Liked the convenient location, near to all the main attractions and with easy access to public transport. Also loved the spacious, clean and well-decorated rooms, with a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic escape. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay and offering great tips on places to visit and things to do in the area. Another bonus was the complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was a great touch.

Disliked the lack of proper shower facilities, as all the water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor and made it very slippery and uncomfortable to use. the lighting in the room was a bit dim and not very practical, particularly in the evenings when we wanted to relax in the room.
