I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with Monica from the reception desk, who went above and beyond to assist me in organizing a surprise day for my sister. Her professionalism and kindness truly made our visit memorable. The check-in process was also a breeze, with the staff anticipating my needs and providing impeccable service. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities one could ask for. I especially appreciated the small shop in the lobby, which came in handy when I needed some medicine late at night.

This hotel is in a convenient location, adjacent to a large 3-story mall and quite close to the city center. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern amenities. The customer service is excellent, with staff members like Klaudia and Dorota being particularly attentive and professional. The breakfast offers a delicious variety of options and is a good value for the price. The bar is welcoming and offers a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a drink. The hotel also has a gym with all the necessary equipment.

The hotel has had issues with the WiFi connection, which can be frustrating for business travelers who rely on a stable internet connection.

We had a great city break stay. the hotel was conveniently located near the town square and shopping mall. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a variety of choices including made-to-order omelets and freshly baked bread. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

we experienced noise from neighboring rooms during the night, which made it difficult to get a good sleep. the hotel was a good value for the price, but improvements could be made in noise insulation and laundry facilities.

The breakfast options at Hilton Garden were excellent, with a wide variety of choices and the ability to have a freshly made meal. the staff was incredibly friendly, always available to assist and very well organized. They were responsive to our needs and made us feel welcome. We also really appreciated the convenient location, as it was attached to a mall, making it easy for the whole family to enjoy shopping and food. the kids had a blast with the different options available for all ages. the bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud.
