The hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautifully appointed rooms and spacious bathrooms. The location was perfect, situated next to the Old Town, making it easy to explore the city. One of the best aspects was the exceptional service provided by the staff, who were always courteous and professional.

The lack of attention from housekeeping, as improvements could be made in this area. there were limited options for those with dietary restrictions, such as vegan or gluten-free diets, when it came to breakfast and dinner choices.

The location of the hotel is perfect, situated in the heart of the city center. It is surrounded by historic sites and charming streets, allowing us to easily explore and immerse ourselves in the local culture. We also enjoyed dining on delicious Polish cuisine at the Europejski Grill restaurant and browsing through unique items in the HE Concept store.

The spa facilities were not up to our expectations.

Spending xmas was an amazing experience, with cozy vibes and a nice xmas tree in the lobby. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering us complimentary warm drinks and sweets. the location was perfect, with nearby attractions and a great view of the city. the spacious room was cozy and had a comfortable bed.

The breakfast buffet was not varied enough and lacked options. the room was too bright in the morning and the curtains were not sufficient to block out the sunlight.

Stayed at an outstanding hotel during my city break. The comfort and service level were impeccable, with the staff being amazingly helpful and intuitive. The beautiful building added to the luxurious experience. The food was of great standard, and the cocktails in the bar were delicious. Additionally, the staff in the spa provided an amazing massage.

The gym, though small for such a large hotel, offered a limited selection of weights. The breakfast room was too small for the hotel, leading to frequent queues.

This hotel is a luxurious oasis in the heart of a bustling city. All of our exclusive needs were fulfilled, from the high, end spa and wellness center to the fine dining restaurant and private facilities. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff ready to assist us at all times.

The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of outdoor facilities, such as a pool or jacuzzi. the indoor swimming pool and sauna made up for it with their high, end and well, kept facilities.
