The size of the room and its cleanliness were impressive. the furniture was modern and well, maintained. the staff was helpful, quickly assisting with any requests and providing great recommendations. Check, in and check, out were a breeze. I also appreciated the prompt and efficient cleaning service. the location was a major plus, as it was conveniently close to several attractions and in the heart of the charming Alfama district.

One drawback to consider, especially for families with young children, was the steep hills in the area. It could be challenging to navigate with little ones, and the crowded tram 28 made the return to the hotel after a long day of exploring a bit tricky.

The noise from the street could be quite bothersome at night, especially the trams and cars passing by. despite these minor inconveniences, it was still a great experience.
