During our stay at Avani, I was incredibly impressed by the warm welcome and friendly demeanor of the crew. Specifically, Barbara and Diogo stood out with their exceptional hospitality. Their genuine kindness had a beautiful influence on everyone around them, creating a memorable and enjoyable experience. The room itself was beautiful and clean, and the service provided was impeccable. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Additionally, the pool was perfect for the kids, and the hotel even provided swim floats for them. The breakfast selection was also great, offering a variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

They surprised us with complimentary holiday treats in our room, which was such a lovely touch. the location couldn't have been better, just steps away from great restaurants and shopping. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations on things to do and see. the room was cozy and the bed was so comfortable that we had trouble waking up in the morning. We also loved the breakfast, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

We did have some issues with the shower. the tub was quite slippery and there was nothing to hold onto, making it a bit difficult to get in and out safely.

The breakfast at Avani Avenida Liberdade was decent and the location was excellent, with the metro right in front of the door. The staff was helpful and provided great restaurant recommendations.
