We had an amazing stay at Hotel Do Mar! The location was perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, and the proximity to Furnas was a bonus. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was of great quality. The beds were comfortable and our room had a spacious balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The hotel itself had beautiful interior decorations and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool area and the hot jacuzzi. we highly recommend Do Mar for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The ocean view from our room was absolutely stunning! We couldn't get enough of it. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic, and came in handy when the ocean was too rough to swim. The hotel is located in a cute town close to a popular tourist spot, which made it very convenient. We also enjoyed the delicious food in nearby restaurants.

The walls in the rooms were not very soundproof, which was a bit of a problem. We could hear other guests in adjacent rooms.

The spacious rooms were well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, minibar, balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. I recently stayed at Hotel Do Mar for 5 days and it was the perfect base for exploring the less touristy east of the island. The hotel's location right on the seafront offered stunning views from the spacious balcony, and the small but lovely pool was great for a refreshing dip. The unique charm of the hotel's dated style grew on me, and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The Jardim restaurant in town and the walk to Salto do Prego waterfall were also highlights of my trip.
