We had an incredible 5-star experience at this hotel! the staff at the reception counter were extremely helpful in planning our 3-day itinerary in the city. They even surprised me with a small birthday treat! the rooms were tidy and clean, with great facilities and a comfy bed. the hotel's location in the city center was perfect, with the tram, bus, and metro all just steps away. There were also plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area.

The staff were incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service. They even surprised us with a cake and champagne for my partner's birthday. I also appreciated the convenience of the digital key for easy access to the hotel. it was a fantastic stay with great amenities and attentive staff.

The breakfast options were very limited, served in the room which caused some time management issues. the quality of the breakfast could have been better and it seemed like they were still working on improving it.
