There was nothing I didn't like.

We loved the hotel's location on the outskirts of town in a nice neighborhood. It was close enough to walk to the downtown area and just a short taxi ride to the metro station. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the small swimming pool, were fantastic. We also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

I had an incredible stay at this place. It is located in a very nice area that is convenient to all areas of the city. It is in a quiet old neighborhood, yet centrally located, making it easy to explore all that the city has to offer. The service provided by the staff, especially Francisco the general manager, was top-notch. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was well appointed and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also great additions, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

We loved being situated in a quiet neighborhood but still being within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

We had an amazing stay at Palacio Ramalhete! the decor and history of the building was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the check-in was very welcoming and the room was gorgeous. the staff went above and beyond to help us when our flight was cancelled, ensuring that we could rebook our reservation without any hassle. the breakfast was delicious and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was lovely. We wish we could have stayed longer and can't wait to return to the Palacio again.
