The hotel clerk refunded my money when the vending machine took it, and a staff member even bought me the drink I was craving. Check-in and check-out times allowed me more time to rest. Tina at the front desk was extremely helpful, providing us with maps and information about Charleston. She even offered to mail cards for me.

Nothing could have been better.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. the complimentary breakfast had a consistent quality and there were plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's location near various eateries, shopping centers, and gas stations made it convenient for guests.

There were some aspects of the hotel that were disappointing. the comforter in our room was stained, and when we requested a replacement, the hotel did not have any available.

Great check, in experience with friendly and efficient staff. the rooms were nice and clean, although the furnishings and decor were a bit outdated. the beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean. I also appreciated the wall, mounted shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathroom.
